What are some excellent films that are "Rotten” on Rotten Tomatoes?

I can think of plenty of films that are highly-regarded that I don’t think too much of, but I find the opposite is way harder for me to think of.

One that comes to mind is Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas (49%). Reviewers hated it when it came out although it’s become much more acclaimed over time. It’s an extremely tricky adaptation of a nearly unfilmable novel and I think Terry Gilliam did an excellent job with it considering the circumstances.
