Epilepsy Warning for Incredibles 2

Just finished watching Incredibles 2, and I felt the need to make a post about certain parts of the movie that feature a lot of quick flashing lights. I'll try and keep it as spoiler free as possible, but all of the flashing lights happen whenever the main villain is on the screen.

So around the half way part of the movie a character enters a room with TVs, where almost all of them are flashing a blue light very quickly. During a particular fight scene not too long after the first example, a fight takes place inside an electrified cage. Throughout the fight, it is almost nothing but flashing lights for almost 10 seconds straight. Final example takes place towards the main climax of the movie, which features a giant room and a bunch of TVs showing the same flashing lights.

While I absolutely enjoyed the movie, I was taken out of it a few times when it physically hurt to look at the screen. Just a warning for anyone with epilepsy.
