Been looking for the name of this movie for years. Can ANYONE help me?

Ok so I've been trying to figure out the name of this movie for years and it's bugging me a lot tonight. Maybe one of you can help.

So it's a indie psychological thriller that I think was released around 2011. In the beginning a woman is in her car trying to kill her self with C02. She gets pulled from the car by a mentally ill man and he takes her to his house believing she's his girlfriend. He dresses her up, brushes her hair, and chains her to the table during meals. Some stuff happens, she tries and fails to escape and then she realizes he hadn't been taking his medication and tries to get him to take it (I think she hides it in his food or something) when he wakes up he's covered in vomit and he's naked and oh yeah he has a red beard, he's confused and asks her something and she spanks him and says 'no you're just crazy' so they start to fall in love but his real (ex)girlfriend had come back asking where he was and she killed her and buried her in the backyard. At the end of the movie it showed them all happy with a cute little kid.

I've been thinking of this movie for 7 years now, do ANY of you know what it's called?
