It seems Disney Studios and Sony have reached an agreement on Spider-Man.

Emails are going out to trades and sites, it seems they were capable of sorting shit out before the end of D23.

Remember, Disney asked for 30% (not 50% as previously reported) and Sony offered 25%. It was closer.

Again, nothing official yet but don't be surprised if an announcement comes before the end of D23.
