The World's End is really the most heatfelt out of the Cornetto trilogy

The other are funnier, but this one has more heart to it and I think it's why I prefer it. Gary King is a selfish loser who treats his friends like crap and has never ammounted to anything, but he's the most relatable character across the whole trilogy. You feel sorry for him whilst disliking him.

I'm only 29 but I do feel like my teenage years were the best years of my life. And the ending where he breaks down really hit close to home.
