After watching The Irishman again recently, I’ve reached a conclusion...

With the countless films I’ve watched over the years, The Irishman is currently the only one to make me feel some kind of existential dread. Maybe it’s because I’ve aged another year but the ending always seems to get me thinking about the future and how my life is going. It just hits me when I see Frank dealing with old age and I start thinking about how I will eventually come to that point in my life. Even typing this out is just barely bringing the feeling back. Anyone else feel this way, with this or other films?
