Actors who should have been movie stars

This topic was inspired by my recent viewing of The Karate Kid (1984). Every time I watch this movie I’m blown away by how good William Zabka is. It’s so confusing why he never became a bigger star. He has the looks, charisma and the athleticism to play an action movie leading man. He was the perfect age to be a leading man during the 80s-90s action movie boom but he just never got the roles. Who is your favorite actor/actress who should have been a movie star but never was?
