Who else got traumatized by Watership Down as a kid?

From the Sound Design and Art style to the Hallucination scenes and outright violence this movie terrified me as a kid.

I can't believe it was released with such a tame rating.

I'm glad i seen it though, the world is harsh so there is nothing wrong with a bit of toughening up.

Even the movie poster is violent, as a kid i figured it was a cute bunny rabbit but the rabbit is actually caught in a snare.
