I think Frank Langella as Skeletor in 1987's Masters of the Universe might be the best "great performance in a bad movie"

While I think it'd be a monumental stretch to call it a good film I don't know if really think of it as bad because it is so fun. As much as there is to pan about it you can't deny that Langella's Skeletor is perfectly grandiose and oozing with hatred for his enemies.

What do you guys think? Any other great performances in rough or lousy movies that you think top even this one?

For those who've never seen it or need a reminder I believe this is almost all of the scenes centered around Skeletor
