Who Is The Most Overlooked Actor?

I’m bringing this question up because an actor that I feel is not talked about enough that I consider one of the best and most forgotten is Michael Shannon.

While I don’t ever hear him put into the same brackets as a Brad Pitt, Christian Bale, or a Matthew McConaughey (understandably) He’s still on par, in terms of raw performance. Although I feel that he shouldn’t be held over those names it’s not a far stretch for me to say he’s just as talented.

Who are some overlooked actors that come to your mind?
