Is there another Franchise in movie history that continued to improve as much as Mission Impossible?

With consistently higher marks on every movie (except 2), could this be the most improved franchise in movie history? What other pile of movies had this much of a turn-around as it continued to evolve?

I can't remember the last time I could say I've seen such a drastic increase in reviews for a series this long.

• The last two Fast movies averaged just around 50%
• Die Hard's last movie was.. not great,
• The Last 2 Dirty Harry movies were pretty low,
• Scream was inconsistent (80s and 70s)
• Pirates of the Caribbean ended with a 30%
• Harry Potter's last movie was 96, the previous were significantly lower
• Creed gets pretty close (95/83/88)
• Planet of the Apes is the closest: (82/91/94)

Edit: People mentioned the John Wick movies (86/89/89/94) and I'm a goof for forgetting them.

Also I'm about to start watching MI7 now.
