What's the worst case of a popular tv star leaving a hit show to start a movie career that flatlined almost immediately?

There's probably loads to choose from especially those from the 80s and 90s but Taylor Kitsch comes to mind for me. He was a star on a highly reviewed series, Friday Night Lights. After a few seasons on the show, he left to do some movies. Now, he did have a supporting role in the first Wolverine film in 2009 though he was still on FNL at that point.

I speak to 2012 when he starred in John Carter, Battleship and Savages. The first debuted in March, the second in May and the last in July. So, in the course of four months he had three flops, two of which were huge flops that killed his leading man career.
