I watched "NOPE" and loved it. Just one question..

I don't like horror/suspense movies. I absolutely loved NOPE! I can't say the enough.

There is one part I didn't understand in that movie. The side story of the chimpanzee I understand that it gave you a little bit of Jupe's history but I felt like it was longer than it needed to be. Maybe it was because I didn't understand why one to the shoes was standing upright What did I miss about that section?

I absolutely loved NOPE! OK that was the last time.
