Movies where you only like the first act

I know this is highly subjective but are there any movies where you only enjoy the first 30 minutes or so and then you lose interest?

I was rewatching Desperado (1995) and was so engrossed with the first act. A great opening scene with Steve Buscemi, a fantastic title sequence, cool character moments and an amazing action scene in the bar. However, once that bar fight ends and Antonio Banderas meets Salma Hayek's character, I feel that the movie loses all its energy and never quite recovers.

Let me know if there are any other movies like this for you.
