If you love Training Day, then I recommend Harsh Times which is written by the same writer (David Ayer). It features one of Christian Bale's best performances in my opinion

It's also kinda similar to Training Day as in with the setting such as the two main characters getting involve with crime. It's a very tense movie and Christian Bale is intimidating and even comparable to Denzel Washington.

It's such an underrated movie as well and I think it's well written. I definitely recommend it
