What movies ineffectively use an actor's talent?

Sometimes the actor seems imprisoned by the terrible script he/she is given.

Sometimes the actor or even actors stand out as so much more believable than the actors that surround them.

Sometimes you almost wish the actor had not taken the role.

Etc...
