There was no official director's commentary for 2008's Iron Man. However, Jon Favreau and Robert Downey Jr did record an entire audio commentary live in front of an audience and someone recorded it (link in text)

Edit: you might have to toggle the sound slightly at times. Because it was recorded in the audience, the audience reactions are sometimes louder than the comments.
