Which actors were "up and coming" in the 2000's but didn't quite live up to their potential?

The two that spring to mind for me are Clive Owen and Sam Worthington. Clive Owen was huge in the mid-2000's but has completely died down since. He was in big movies like Sin City, Children of Men and Inside Man but hasn't been in anything of note since.

Sam Worthington was a huge star in Avatar, which probably got him the job in Terminator Salvation but hasn't been in anything major for a long time.

What other actors/actresses were in big movies in the 2000's but haven't really matched those roles?
