Some things I've noticed about "Arrival"

So if you go onto http://ift.tt/2bxsejI and download the recording, run it through a Spectrogram program, you end up getting this. These are the coordinates for the shells, see here and here. But if you finish the recording it brings you to this page http://ift.tt/2aYdNqt, where it asks you for (according to /u/indig0sixalpha right here) the coordinates of the 12 movie poster locations. It brought him to a dropbox link with this, a journal entry. Could we be expecting a full blown ARG of sorts? Or is this just a small thing to do off the side?
