In The Jungle Book (2016) I realized that Mowgli uses a cowbell to awaken King Louie. Played by Christopher Walken.

This had to have been an inside joke right? With the popularity of the Christopher Walken/Cowbell SNL bit and meme, I can't see how it wasn't intentional.

Anyone catch any other references/easter eggs in the film?
