What films are more interesting for their behind the scenes drama than for their actual film?

Always interested in behind the scenes drama. We all know of Apocalypse Now, but that's also a great movie and not what I'm looking for. I've heard stories here and there about the Val Kilmer and Marlon Brando The Island of Dr. Moreau, but would be interested finding a source to read all the problems. And also is it worth a watch?
