What is an actor that you no longer see as a character?

For me it has to hands down be Will Smith. I am convinced he is no longer an actor as much as he is an advertising tool for movie studios. I can never watch a movie with him and not see Will Smith (and don't get me started on Suicide Squad, where he had his helmet off 90% of the time just to market Will Smith as much as possible)
