What is the biggest switcheroo in a movie?

Looking at From Dusk Till Dawn it goes from a weird kidnapping border jump into a vampire gore fest! I had no idea whatsoever what was happening but loved it

10 Cloverfield Lane does well on the back and forth back and forth (albeit ending was 2 minutes too long) and keeps your interested but i dont want to give too many examples myself i want to hear your movies you remember!

SO What other switcheroos good or bad got you?
