Green Room - holy crap this movie is incredible

Just watched this movie and now I've added it to my list of "10/10 movies".

I love that the first 20 minutes show nothing but a struggling rock band starving, scraping by on nothing, stealing gasoline to survive. Then BAM. Fucking criminal intrigue and violence enters the picture out of fucking nowhere!!! And all of a sudden the movie becomes a tense, bloody, gripping thriller.

I loved it. I loved how much I loved the main characters. And I loved how much I hated the villains.

I think what endeared me the most to the villains is their.... Not sure of the right word. I liked their "blue-collar" nature. They're not wearing expensive suits or driving fast cars. But they are pure fucking evil. They're organized and devoted to their tightly-knit gang. But the contrast between the way they carry and present themselves when compared to Italian mafia (as seen in other movies) is quite refreshing.
