Whose Life Story Would Make a Great Biopic?

I love a good biopic and there are plenty of stories yet to be told that I would love to see on screen.

I'm a mixed martial arts fan and, in my opinion, it has been chock-full of many really interesting people over the years, who had insanely intriguing lives.

Take Daniel Cormier for example, the current UFC light heavyweight champion. He has had an extraordinary life.

His father died in a Thanksgiving Day shooting when he was quite young, just 7 I believe, and was bullied pretty badly as a kid, so he took up amateur wrestling to build confidence. He made it to the biggest stage, the Olympics, but while training for the Olympics in 2003, his daughter and girlfriend were killed by a drunk driver. To further the agony, is best friend was on the Oklahoma State basketball team plane that crashed in 2001.

He goes on to finish 4th in the 2004 Olympics, a disappointing finish in his eyes, and then captains the US Olympic team in 2008. He was tipped to take gold this time around, only to suffer from kidney failure during a bad weight cut, ending his Olympic dream.

He retires from amateur wrestling, gets a 9-5, but is convinced by one of his training partners from wrestling, Muhammad Lawal, to use his wrestling abilities to take up mixed martial arts. He does this at 30 years of age, an extremely late age to take up a sport known as a young man's game. He goes on to win the Strikeforce Grand Prix as an alternate, makes it to the UFC, and eventually wins the UFC light heavyweight championship.

Inspiring.

How about you?
