What are movies that are openly disowned by their actors, film crew or anyone related to it?

I read somewhere that Shia Lebouf was critical to Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal skull and Transformers 2. I am wondering if there are also some big name directors who regretted directing one of their films. I'm just curious to know some examples. It would be very awkward disowning a film you where involved with.
