What is the most satisfying villain death?

With all this buzz around Avatar 2, I decided to watch the first one, which is something I haven't seen fully in several years. And I gotta say, it was a great feeling when Quaritch finally got the axe at the end. You know the movie is doing something right when you feel joy out of the main villain dying.

Other movies I'd say where it was satisfying to see the main villain end would be:

Frolo, Hunchback of Notre Dame

Hans Gruber, Die Hard

006, Goldeneye

T-1000, Terminator 2: Judgement Day

So r/movies, what is the most satisfying villain death?
