What's your favorite example of a joke that's totally frozen in time?

I'm watching Pineapple Express, and when Dale and Saul first smoke the titular marijuana, Saul says it will get them "totally fucking gong-showed".

This is a play on the term "gonzoed", which originates from Hunter S. Thompson, which Saul's stoned ass confuses with "The Gong Show", a Comedy Central sketch show that was cancelled several years ago.

This joke was hilarious in its time, but i can't help but think that it will be totally useless in another few years, as less people have any clue about what the fuck either "gonzo" or "gong show" fucking are.
