How many movies have that "Rich guy hires a team of mercenaries to explore an uncharted place. Something goes wrong. Adventure and danger await them" plot?

I noticed during Kong Skull Island that a lot of movies have this plot. The rich guy also usually has some ulterior motive,or there is a danger that happens unexpectedly. The team usually has a bad ass (british guy), military guys, a pacifist, and a tech person. Others I can think of off the top of my head are Promethius and Atlantis. The Mummy also sort of has that plot. Any others? ?
