What is the worst movie recommendation you've taken from Reddit?

A couple weeks back I finally decided to watch Watchmen due to the weekly post hailing it as a underappreciated gem. I did not get it. I think it presented interesting ideas that were never fully realized, and plot detours that that felt more like unnecessary padding. I think the whole thing would've worked much better as a TV show honestly (also the woman playing Silk Spectre was horrible). So I'm just wondering has anyone else have a worse experience watching a Reddit recommended film?
