"Who Framed Roger Rabbit" still holds up incredibly well.

I love this movie- they do such a good job using shadows to mesh reality and the toons together. Also Bob Hoskins is great (RIP) . Released under disneys "touchstone pictures" which, interestingly is just a brand in which Disney uses to release darker toned movies - it's not a separate business entity. Also first time Mickey Mouse and bugs bunny ever appeared together on screen. Some interesting tid bits on Wikipedia page.
