The quintessential "_________" movie: A game

I want to see what everyone thinks is the quintessential movie for any category. Comment any category, be creative! Then people can say what they think is the quintessential movie for that category. So if I were to comment "Quintessential WWII movie" someone might comment "Saving Private Ryan" while someone else could say "Inglorious Basterds" or you can go "Quintessential toys coming alive movie" with comments like "Toy Story" vs "Childs Play"

I thought this could make an interesting game/discussion.
