Movies where the city is practically a character

I just saw Baby Driver, in which the city of Atlanta is basically part of the cast.

I think of a trio of movies in which Los Angeles is similarly a character: To Live and Die in L.A., Collateral, and Drive.

These are movies that aren't just set or filmed in a city, but in which the essential character of the city really manifests itself in the film.
