You know those movies that really fuck you up emotionally? "Million Dollar Baby" is one of them.

Now that I've finished watching this movie for the first time (a bit late), I'm left with this empty feeling, and in a confused emotional state. Not many movies have the ability to dig that deep in your emotions, and Million Dollar Baby did it so swiftly, and effortlessly.

Million Dollar Baby is a brilliant journey throughout, and the fact that this Clint Eastwood masterpiece took tons of awards comes of no surprise. The direction, the screenplay, cast, cinematography (I can go on and on) were absolutely flawless.

Clint Eastwood, Hilary Swank, and Morgan Freeman put on excellent performances, and I can confidently say that this movie tops any other boxing movie, be it Rocky, The Fighter, Southpaw, Creed, and any other for that matter.

Watch it, and I promise you that it won't be easy taking that ending more than once.
