I'm rewatching the Back to the Future trilogy, and I just realized that it has a core strenght I had never focused on: fun exposition.

Seriously, this trilogy is one of the few cases I can think of where the exposition is just s much fun as the action.

I could spend hours listening to Doc Brown explain anything.

It's a huge advantage to these movies. Not only are you entartained, but you understand everything that's going on perfectly and you're just more eager to see more.
