What's the worst sequel made since 2000?

For my money, I'd say Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters from 2013. The first Percy Jackson was fair-to-good, with a bit of Harry Potter and Witch and the Wardrobe squished together with ancient mythology.

The second movie has atrocious CGI, equally bad acting, and a lot of deus ex machinae that make no sense given the plot.
