Summary:

In the hidden high-security government laboratory where she works Elisa, a lonely mute janitor, is trapped in a life of silence and isolation. Elisa's life is changed forever when she and co-worker Zelda discover a secret classified experiment, an amphibious humanoid. While the government workers mostly see a mindless beast, Elisa makes a special connection with it that will change her life forever.
