Ridley Scott is doing a wonderful job of controlling the conversation away from Kevin Spacey

There have been six articles, at least, on the front page of /r/movies since All the Money in the World released with egocentric, clickbaity headlines.

Ridley is doing a tremendous job getting the press to talk about his outlandish statements. None of the headlined quotes are about his latest film, which just so happens to purged Kevin Spacey from the original cut and replaced him with another actor.

Instead of any of us really talking about the final version of the film with Christopher Plumber, or about how Kevin had to be edited out because he's a giant piece of shit, we're all talking about zany things Ridley Scott keeps saying to the press.

And Reddit marketers are doing a fantastic job of getting it out there.

It's really brilliant, to be honest. He is perfectly controlling the conversation and doing his best to keep Spacey's name from effecting the current box office for All the Money in the World.
