What is the Biggest Oscar Snub in your Opinion

I would say Jake Gyllenhaal in Nightcrawler. He was absolutely phenomenal and had the best performance of that year and didn't even get nominated. Another one is Aaron Taylor-Johnson for Nocturnal Animals last year, he won the golden globe but wasn't even nominated for an oscar. What do you think is a terrible snub in your opinion? Who deserved to be nominated/win and didn't?
