What are the most egregious examples of character teleportation in good movies / movies that you like?

[Spoilers] Another thread reminded me of the following scene in Guy Ritchie's Sherlock Holmes (2009):

Holmes and Watson foil Lord Blackwood's terrorist attack on Parliament, but Irene Adler steals the bioweapon. She is chased through the sewers by Holmes for what looks like a couple hundred meters and a few flights of stairs (https://youtu.be/0V2Uu5QSzUQ?t=2m32s) and they're suddenly on Tower Bridge, in construction, for the final fight with Blackwood (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qi7ZOWoY9ac).

The problem is that Westminster Palace and Tower Bridge are on completely opposite sides of the city, anyone who's ever been to London knows that. It takes at least an hour to walk between the two.

Now, I don't actually care, it's just the first time that this kind of detail really stands out to me and I'm curious if there are other examples of movies I may have seen where the location of the characters from one shot to the next makes no sense to someone who lives near that location.
