If Alive Today, Would Hitchcock's Reputation Be Tarnished By The Things He Did To His Actresses?

Okay, Three Hundred words. I started thinking about this yesterday. We all know Alfred Hitchcock. If you didn't know he was reportedly a perv with his leading ladies. Tippi Hendren alleges he assaulted her on the set of The Birds, then punished her spurned advances by having her do the dangerous attic scene over and over again. He would talk dirty or tell dirty jokes to actresses before a scene. He kept a stand-in actress handcuffed to another actor for hours, claiming he lost the key and referring to her as 'the Birmingham tart.' Grace Kelly told a story about him buying her clothes, then getting her a hotel room and telling her to try them on while he watched through the window across the street. So, considering the #Me Too movement today, I wondered. If he were alive today, would his legacy be forever tarnished?
