What would you cut from a movie to make it perfect?

Note: You can even advocate for dramatic cut-jobs to make movies the best they could have been.

I just watched Django again last night and, while it's always fun and its energy carries its runtime fairly well, I couldn't help but feel there was lots of extraneous pieces that needed to be lopped off. This got me thinking about other movies that would be so much better if the fat was trimmed off or that they get completely bogged down by a side-plot/very awkward scene.

What do you guys think?
