Movies that emotionally destroyed you

We all have that one movie that destroys us, for me its About Time, if you've lost your dad, do yourself a favour and skip this one, trust me. Nearly everyone has that one movie or a few movies that left them numb for a few hours or even a few days. Since I'm in the mood for a little numbness anyone wanna share any movie that emotionally destroyed them and why?
