I never really appreciated Lilo & Stitch until I grew older

Watching it when I just little I only really thought about it as an entertaining Disney movie. I never really got the emotional parts nor the parts that are really hilarous (like when the social service worker guys comes over to investigate whether Nani can take care of Lilo). However, as I rewatched it a few months ago, all of these things clicked. To be honest, this movie might be even more suitable for older kids rather than small children. The same goes for The Emperor’s new groove. Absolutely hilarous movie with jokes I never really got when I was a kid. I thought that movie was really boring when I was a kid, but now it’s one of the best Disney movies up there with for example Lilo and Stitch.
