What minor thing annoyed you in an otherwise great movie?

I recently watched the original 'Alien' for the first time. Fantastic horror movie. But my god, the flashing lights in the final act made some scenes unwatchable (I watched the movie at night in total darkness) for me. It actually hurt my eyes so much sometimes that I just had to look away. Glad I'm not an epileptic. Anyway:

What similar examples of very small things bothering you in a movie so you have? Could be something technical, plot-related, etc.
