What's something in an 80s movie that now seems really creepy?

I watched Major League tonight and the romance subplot was pretty creepy. Tom Berenger's character has an ex girlfriend who is now engaged to another guy. She tells him she doesn't want to see him and gives him a fake phone number. He perseveres though. He follows her home and just walks into her house. It's ok though because they end up having sex and then she breaks off her engagement.
