I'm David Wain, filmmaker, comedian, magician, speed cuber and co-author of the new book Wet Hot American Summer: The Annotated Screenplay - AMA!

I'm the director and co-writer of six feature films, including Wet Hot American Summer, Role Models, Wanderlust, They Came Together, and most recently A Futile and Stupid Gesture. On TV, I co-created, directed and co-starred in The State, Childrens Hospital, Stella and two Wet Hot mini-series for Netflix. I've been in front of the camera in other shows like Teachers, Broad City, Another Period, Drunk History, Portlandia, Bob's Burgers and my own web series Wainy Days. But ask me anything!
