The Matrix sequels aren't really all that bad.

I just got done watching the Matrix trilogy (exhausted as I'm writing this), but I just realized one thing; the sequels, on their own, were pretty solid. I mean, they weren't anywhere close to the first movie, which to me is the greatest sci-fi movie of all time. They didn't have the same philosophical connections that the first one had. However, the sequels, especially Reloaded, were pretty fun; the action scenes were great, the score was intense (especially the machine part). Overall, a really solid trilogy!
