What’s the scariest horror imagery you have ever seen?

It doesn’t have to be a from a film that was necessarily good overall, perhaps there was a particular frame or aesthetic, particular mask or face that really freaked you out? I love it when something truly shocks me or gives me the creeps just from a single sight.

First thing that comes to mind for me is that shot in Hereditary. And I was 12 when The Ring came out, that first shot of the first girl to watch the tape, the way her face was all distorted, I remember that messing me up!
