Do movie theatres have intermissions, in the country that you live in?

When you go to the cinema in Portugal, there's always a 15min break in the middle of the movie that you are watching, where you can go to the toilet, buy snacks, etc. I moved to Denmark and they have no breaks whatsoever. I'm curious to know which countries have intermissions (breaks), which ones don't and your opinion about them.
